Colorful, noisy, fun atmosphere like other HRs I've visited. Staff seemed "busy" for a weekday night in a room that wasn't at capacity. Perhaps a server was on break, or short staffed that evening? Anyway, my World Tour burger was nicely done. Artifacts always worth a post meal walkabout.

Acoustic menu is very limited - choice of 4 different burgers, 3 different sandwiches or a couple salads. Desert is a brownie without the ice cream that it comes with on the regular menu. No substitutions. Burgers are large

Stopped by the Hard Rock Cafe Philly just to grab some souvenirs since I’m local. Staff was super friendly, and I was surprised with a generous discount on their awesome Eagles merch. Great experience!

High quality food (a delicious steak with vegetables, which in America is a dream!) And very attentive service. Nothing to ask for more

This was such a disappointment. The woman showing us to our table got huffy when we requested one that wasn't behind several walls and completely away from the main theme. She literally threw our menus at us and went off without speaking to us again. Whilst our server was "mostly" attentive, he seemed over-worked and we often had to ask for drinks/water repeatedly. When what appeared to be a manager appeared to talk to the tables, we raised the issue. He made noises but there was zero effort to remedy the situation. Our server then told us that our issue wasn't the first one raised - they don't seem to care. The food was reasonable, but overall, the experience was underwhelming.

We just hung out at the bar before our dinner plans and we enjoyed our time here. Our drinks were well made and the bartender was very nice. Prices were what you would expect at a place like this.

Food and customer service very good. Slight hiccup with Viator voucher but efficiently dealt with by Thomas . A huge chocolate brownie and icecream served to each of us due to the slight inconvenience.

The Hard Rock Cafe used to be a go-to restaurant for our family of five. However, our recent experience has completely shattered our trust in their commitment to customer safety. One of their most commonly ordered sides, the French fries, had its recipe changed to include eggs—a top 9 allergen—and there was absolutely no notification to alert patrons of this major change. After repeatedly questioning our waitress about the safety of the meal we planned to order for our child with an egg allergy, it took three attempts to uncover that the fries now contain eggs. Only when we insisted on speaking directly to the chef did we learn that the recipe had been "recently" altered. The fact that such a critical change was neither reflected on the menu nor communicated to the staff is not just careless—it’s dangerous. As a parent of a child with food allergies, I am appalled by this negligence. The failure to notify customers of such a significant change could result in life-threatening reactions like anaphylaxis. I urged the chef to ensure that any future recipe changes involving allergens be clearly disclosed on the menu, as this oversight could have had catastrophic consequences. For a restaurant of this caliber, I expect far better. Transparency and accountability are non-negotiable when it comes to the safety of your patrons. This incident has left us unable to trust Hard Rock Cafe, and I hope no other family has to face such an unnecessary risk.
