Top professionals
I have used Taxi Online Services several times and every experience has been excellent. Each time, everything was exactly as agreed and the drivers arrived precisely at the scheduled time. The drivers were always very professional, polite, and respectful, which made every trip comfortable and stress-free. On one occasion, due to some organizational issues on my side, I had to request a last-minute change to the timing of my trip to Novi Sad. Despite the short notice, they were extremely polite and did their best to adjust their schedule to accommodate my request. I truly appreciate their professionalism, reliability, and customer-focused approach. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Taxi Online Services and will definitely continue using their services for my future travels.

Absolutely Perfect!!
I highly recommend this service!! My husband and I flew from the U.S. into Nikola Tesla airport with our 2 cats. We had arranged for the driver a couple of weeks in advance for the private driver to pick us up with our 7 bags and to drive us to our air bnb. Scheduling a driver was super easy and the communication was top notch! Our driver was waiting with a sign with our names so it was super easy to find him. As soon as we landed he also reached out and texted and let me know where he was waiting. He was extremely nice and even helped us pack our bags up into the vehicle. His driving was perfect and very safe and he was really lovely to chat with as well! We arrived to our air bnb and he even helped us take our bags up to our unit.He went above and beyond to help us with a few other things as well. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We will definitely use this company in the future!!!

Professional and fast!
I think this was the fastest and smoothest airport transfer I've done so far, and I'm a frequent traveler! I wasn't initially sure about booking because I didn't see that many reviews, and I thought I'd take a chance, and glad that I did! Miloš got back to me within an hour of booking and coordinated a driver via WhatsApp. Aleksandar (the assigned driver) was great: on-time, professional, and kind enough to help me load/unload the luggage 🧳 into the van, and I reached my destination safely and on time. A last-minute booking that turned out great! Thanks again so much!
