“Tour guide” was late and then told me I was she said we were to be waiting at 850. We were until 905, then stepped into the hotel so I could see my phone screen to check if anyone had tried to reach me . She arrived at 910 and immediately began to complain we were late and now 23 min late to start the tour and must go. As you can imagine, the remainder of the “tour was the same. We were to be provided water and stuck in a pocket were 3 bottles (tiny ). So if you only need 8oz for a full day, I suppose That was provided. I told Her my husband has some hearing loss and she continued to mumble and talk softly so that even myself and sister had to lean up to barely hear her. She turned on the radio and opened her window as well so that after we were unable to hear at all. At each stop she basically sprinted. She also asked several times if we had questions and then would interrupt if we did. We finally just gave up and became silent. She seemed very uninterested and although I tried to speak to her she would not let me speak but was rude and aggressive and spoke to me like a child. I refuse to argue and she was defensive and rude so I gave up trying to speak at all. She also “booked” our lunch and suddenly there was an hour and a half to spend at eating …. With “her” restaurant of choice. Not ours. She then decided we were not able to see the last stop so we just ride home silently. Definitely a rip off at over 400$ and not worth what we paid.the experience was terrible and she should not be in the business as she is very rude and impatient.

Fatima was the highlight of our day, but it was also a great way to see Nazare and Bathala as part of the same trip. The guide was excellent and gave lots of wonderful information about the trip, Coimbra & surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful time on this tour. It includes so many wonderful stops and you get to see all the highlights of the area. Our guide Pedro was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and it's history! I would highly recommend this tour - ask for Pedro!

Outstanding day trip based out of Coimbra! Cool to see the religious / spiritual history of Fatima, the historical monastery at Batalha and the incredible waves and surf spots at Nazare! Pedro was an excellent and knowledgeable guide! He navigated the wind and the rain at Nazare like the professional he is and found us a great spot for lunch!! He even gave us some fantastic dinner suggestions when back in Coimbra. Would highly recommend this excursion for anyone looking for a day trip in central Portugal.
