We visited the palace prior to our tour and unfortunately some time was duplicated. Ms. Helga was very nice but not a strong tour guide. She offered some good info on the Xmas market.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to highlight that the guide assigned to your tour has a proven record of delivering outstanding experiences, consistently earning 4-star or higher reviews. We understand that you may have visited these locations before, however she followed the standard itinerary outlined in the tour you booked. If we had been informed of your specific preferences or requirements in advance, we would have gladly tailored the experience to better meet your expectations while staying within your budget.
