Our driver Marlon picked us up from the airport and expertly navigated the traffic on the way to Pana. The van was comfortable, Marlon spoke great English, and he stopped at a restaurant along the way so we could have a delicious lunch. Would definitely book again!
I felt unsafe. I regret having to leave this review but felt our driver was traveling way too fast and I was worried the entire trip. It was one of the scariest experiences I have ever had and I experienced car sickness getting constantly jerked around. He also was texting and on the phone. My son was picked up by a different driver the following day and only had a positive experience booking this same trip.
It was a great experience. The driver was on time to pick us up. We were offered a stop during the trip. They were safe and courteous drivers. The stated trip time was correct. We would use them again.
Our flight was cancelled and we were switched to a later flight and when we informed the company of this change their customer service did not provide any assistance whatsoever. They could not adjust the ride and they could not provide us with a new driver, and then they only offered us a 50% refund. We had to scramble to find a new service the day of our flight. This was extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend for tourists who are looking for peace of mind on a travel day

We had a comfortable and efficient trip. Our driver, Andres, drove safely but got us to our destination as quickly as possible. Even though our flight was delayed, the company was responsive and understanding. Would definitely recommend!

This experience was very easy. Saul was my driver and he was amazing - he was waiting at the airport when I landed. The instructions were clear and I received several WhatsApp messages guiding my process until I finally met Saul. I felt very safe and taken care of -he offered to stop for coffee food and to use the restroom. I was impressed by the level of professionalism service and the great condition of the van
