Really enjoyed the tour, Dom was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to see another side of Edinburgh.
Had a fascinating experience and learned a lot about the history of Edinburgh. Dom was an amazing guide, answered all our questions and gave me a few scares! The atmosphere of the vaults was one I didn’t really expect, the place naturally feels intriguing and you can tell a lot has happened there. While they may be empty, immersing yourself in the experience and taking in what the guide is saying, you can really picture what the place was like back when they were operating both as storage facilities and later other things. If you’re open-minded and interested in the macabre, I recommend this place

Believe the one star reviews. I agree with all of the one star comments made and had the same experience as they did. Guide getting in spat with other people standing near us, Telling everyone exact spot they have to stand at, My husband left and went back to hotel mid tour. Our friends now joke about the poor experience which is the only upside to the tour. Definitely don’t do if you don’t walk fast and keep up. They rush to each spot and start talking if you are there or not. Almost lost guide a few times in the crowds. My daughter did a different tour and saw a lot more vaults, got a lot more history none of which we heard and loved her experience so this can be good but find a different company.

Jordan was a very informative and entertaining tour guide, this was my second time doing this tour as it was so good the first time I wanted my husband to experience it too and he loved it. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
