Solo traveler, 1st time in Peru so I wanted to secure end to end transport. My plane landed and didn’t get a gate so we de-boarded on the tarmac which did take some time and then I had to go to baggage claim. GTP declared me a no show and left me to find new transportation. I reached out to them minutes later on WhatsApp and got no response. I have my doubts that they were even there. Now they got paid and provided no service which I will escalate with the travel services offering them as an option.

The driver arrived 30 minutes late and we had to call the emergency number they gave us twice. Very frustrating after a very long day of travel. Overall the ride into Miraflores went well.

This is an A++ car service. They went above and beyond to help us when the hotel we had booked was boarded up. March 10,2025. Hugo and the driver found another hotel for us and eased our fear and anxiety. This is a car service you can trust to provide superior service. Don't book any other to pick you up at the airport, etc.

Driver showed up on time, dressed impeccable, with a clean nice car. Heavy traffic to airport, but he did an awesome job getting us there on time. Excellent service.

Driver on time and helpful and knew direction to hotel. We landed early and he knew our plane schedule so was already waiting.
