We informed the shuttle service that we had arrived 1 hour early. We received a response only half hour prior to arrival time that they did not have a shuttle in paracas that day. We had flights that depended on that shuttle service.
The vehicle was clean and new; and the driver, very professional. Would definetly take again. Thanks!

The vehicle engine broke down 20 minutes after we left Paracas leaving us stranded for over one hour on the side of the Panamericana highway. Another vehicle came to pick us up but it was not clean and did not have the COVID-19 protective shield between the driver and passengers. I’m very disappointed.
Thanks for your comments, we know that it was disappointed for your due to the issue, we made our best to keep the service on route, we sent the vehicle to factory for warranty due to is kind of new. we are very shame.
Hugo was very friendly and the ride was enjoyable. Our tour was running a bit behind but he waited patiently for us.
