We had a really nice day on this private Budapest tour from Vienna. Everything was well organized, the car was comfortable, and our driver was friendly and professional. The timing worked well and we didn’t feel rushed during the visit. We’ve also done tours with this company to Bratislava and Prague, and had similarly good experiences there too. Overall, a reliable service and easy to recommend if you prefer a private tour instead of a group.

We did not receive what we paid for. No bottle water, no WiFi, unacceptable vehicle, did not see Buda castle, Central Market Hall, St. Stephen Basilica, or Vacci street. We wasted a whole day of our trip for nothing
We are sorry to hear such a false bad review. This client booked a tour for 8clients on 1.1.2026 when most of the shops and attractions were closed, started the tour at 8.00am after a late night. There was a system error that allowed them to book up to 8people/ we informed client that it is not possible to have Mercedes V class as its only available for up to 7people, we offered them a full refund or bigger car Volkswagen. Clients chose the bigger car/not luxury Mercedes to fit all 8passengers there/. After the tour and asking for refunds for no reason/even Viator rejected it/ they try to make a bad review. We would like to clarify that this tour is done only up to 7clients and in new Mercedes Vclass cars with our local guides in Budapest as per our itinerary.
A great way to travel privately in style to Budapest and see a lot of the city in a day. Had a great driver and tour guide who provided the history and culture of the city while recommending areas to visit for lunch.

This tour was amazing! We traveled in comfort of a Mercedes car, making the journey smooth and relaxing. Our guide was fantastic, offering insightful stories about Budapest's history and landmarks. We had plenty of time to explore thecity and do some shopping. A truly personalized experience I highly recommend!
