Peter the driver and Gabor the guide first of all kept the promise of the tour: there was just two of us and the tour was confirmed!
Both Peter and Gabor run the extra mile to make our tour great, by accomodating any request. Both extremely polite, friendly and skilled. A great day to be remembered.

Fantastic day!
This tour was small group, guaranteed to go with 2 people. They kept their word! We were the only two. Our driver, Branislav, was respectful, professional, and friendly. He waited to let us initiate conversation, but fully participated when asked. We enjoyed sharing customs, and learning a bit about his life. Gabor, our local guide in Budapest, was made to be a guide. He was friendly and enthusiastic about his beautiful city. He tailored what we saw to our requests. He was full of information about the history, which we loved. The two of them worked seamlessly together, even though they had never met.
The trip was about 3 hours each way, so our time in the city was spent well.
Great job! Thank you Branislav and Gabor.

Budapest: A Delightful Day Trip from Vienna!
What a fantastic experience! This day trip from Vienna to Budapest was absolutely worth it. Budapest turned out to be a revelation - the St. Stephen's Cathedral was stunning!
The journey was smooth and well-organized, allowing us to make the most of our time in Hungary's captivating capital. The driver Peter fetched me and my daughter at 8:00 AM in our hotel in Vienna, by 11:30 AM our tour with the guide Gabor began. By 7:30 PM we were back in our hotel. The tour was a perfect blend of guided tour and free time. A must-try are the Ice Cream Chimney Cone and the traditional dish Beef Goulash Soup. I highly recommend this tour.

Great Tour to Budapest…
Our driver Peter was amazing. He was so kind, thoughtful and went the extra mile by explaining all aspects of neighboring countries along our journey. Our tour guide Frank was also wonderful! A great experience!

Amazing experience in beautiful Budapest!
It was my mom and my last day in Europe and we wanted to see Budapest, so we signed up for this day trip - it ended up being one of our favorite parts of our trip! It was only my mom and me, and our driver, Kristian, was OUTSTANDING. He was an incredible driver both to and from Vienna, as well as within the city itself. We met an AMAZING local tour guide, Gabor, who was very knowledgeable AND entertaining! We both fell in love with Budapest and highly recommend it! They also dropped us off at a ruin bar Gabor recommended per our request, and it was also such a phenomenal and unique experience! Just a PERFECT day and definitely one of our European highlights - thank you, Kristian and Gabor! :)

Rene is the best driver...
Rene is the best driver I’ve ever met. He drove us quickly and safely to our destination. He was very helpful and gave us information about the places we went to. I highly recommend going on the tour with the driver Rene. Overall I enjoyed the tour and Budapest is a beautiful city.

Budapest experience
This was a 12 hour day. Our driver, Peter, was with us for the entire time. He was easy for conversation and was a safe driver. We enjoyed him. The Budapest local guide, Frank, provided history but with little personality. He did not have a presentation style like our other tour guides in Vienna.

Terrible
Very indifferent attitude by guide
The Driver was helpful
On the whole it was a fleecing job by the tour operator

We are sorry but it is a very unfair review also reported to tripadvisor as a review of a competitor, the tour was all as advertised, with a local guide in Budapest for 3hrs and free time, Mercedes car and English speaking driver

Super super super disappointing tour
First off, the driver, Steven, brought his girlfriend to the trip and introduced her as a trainee.
Second, Gabor, our tour guide in Budapest was about 20 minutes late and we had to wait in the parking lot of the Marriott.
Gabor, the tour guide was dealing with a ‘crisis’ and was on the phone half the time. The tour was rushed and he appeared irritated and we spent most of our time in the car with him on the phone. My family and I understand that he had a crisis, but we booked and the operator agreed to the booking so we expect to get what we paid for. It was just incredibly disappointing.
Steven was kind enough to make a pit stop at Parndorf on our way back to Vienna because we finished early with our ‘tour’ of Budapest early.
I have booked a lot of tours in Viator and this is the worst.

Dear Abigail, we expected this review as you already threatened us about it when we refused to give you a refund. But as we already explained to you, you booked a small group shared trip, not a private tour, which could be joined by any other customer, so yes it is correct Steven had a girlfriend there, but she is was also a trainne/she also drove some part of the journey/ so we feel it is really unfair to post this and even a made up story about the guide in Budapest.
