イル・オー・サーフへのアドベンチャー・カタマラン・クルーズ1日ツアーは、モーリシャス国内のどの場所でも宿泊先へのホテルピックアップから始まります。 認定ガイドがお出迎えし、快適な乗り物に乗車後、モーリシャス東海岸に佇む漁村トルー・ドー・ドゥースへ出発します。 トルー・ドー・ドゥースに午前09時15分に到着し、カタマランに乗り込み、トルー・ドー・ドゥースからイル・オー・サーフまでの思い出に残るカタマランクルーズをお楽しみください。 カタマランクルーズは、モーリシャス東海岸のトルー・ドー・ドゥースから午前9時30分に出発します。 クルーは楽しいひとときをお約束し、地元の物語やジョークを語ってくれたり、モーリシャスの音楽を演奏して船上のすべての人々の気分を高めてくれます。
グランド リバー サウス イーストの滝を訪れた後、イル オ サーフ島に向けて出航します。グランドリバーに到着したら、スピードボートで約500m上流にある滝を訪れます。運が良ければ、好奇心旺盛なサルが川岸の大きな古い木々の間を飛び跳ねるのを見ることができます。滝に近づくと、モーリシャス オオコウモリが一番高い木に腰掛けて休んでいるのが見えます。滝を訪れた後、カタマランに戻ります。

Too expensive for the poor experience. The boat is small for the number they accepted, VERY CROWDED & NO PLACE. There was NO SHED from the sun or the rain, we burnt under the sun and soaked when it rained! The next day some of our group were sick and all of us had muscle aches from hanging to the deck, very inconvenient and we saw other boats that are bigger and are having more fun under the big shed! When we landed, the activities were NOT INCLUDED which is a SCAM they mentioned it was included! We had to pay cause we went all the way. The family hosting were nice and served us well. But unfortunately it was not enough.

AVOID! They take your money & then distance themselves from any decent customer service. On board, they promote water activities once you reach Ile Aux Cerfs. 1 of the young lads came over and showed us the brochures, & in particular, paragliding, once we arrived, a speed boat took us to the platform. We were offered an extra, to be filmed while in the air on a GoPro. We supplied phone numbers, as was told the pictures/videos would be whatsapped. The same person from the boat crew took us to the pay booth on the beach to pay, which we duly did & paid on card - Sea & Charter Ltd. Guess what? No WhatsApp. Emailed them, & they deny it ever happened! Told us to sort ourselves? When we say we will leave a review, they threaten legal & Police action against us. £ lost isn't much, but it's a matter of principle. No stage did they show empathy, had our ££££££££,couldn't be bothered. Boat was small for a catamaran. Toilets stank. no music the entire day, like a library. Scuba diving was in the open ocean, no spot of interest. Not enough snorkels. No life vests for non comfortable swimmers. Dropped us off at the island, never told us if we walked through the woods, a picturesque lagoon, found it by chance.

Parasailing and related photo/video services at Île aux Cerfs are operated by independent providers. That said, we understand the frustration, especially when expectations are not met. Great day sailing in the morning and activities in the afternoon. Para sailing and tube ride were awesome. The underwater walk was little disappointing. Lunch on the catamaran was delicious, music gave good vibes and we would have joined in if we were not so hungover from day before 😀
A lots of thing started on a bad base! the operator on site tryed to make our experience conform but we loose more than 2 hours... we couldn't do all what we paid for.... ask for refund and had a non answer I will definitely not recommand your service and again less Freshverde.
The morning activities were great. A first experience for us, sixty-year-olds, which delighted us! On the other hand, the afternoon seemed endless. Long ride (too much) on a catamaran to take us from Ile aux Cerfs (very or even too dedicated to tourism) to the waterfall and then bring us back to our starting point.
Snorkelling was never offered. Lunch and bananas not a 3 course meal. Music was so loud on the catamaran my ears were actually hurting.
The tour was really a lot of fun. The parasailing and tube riding were a bit rigidly organized, as if you just had to get through it. The catamaran tour made up for it, though. From there, you couldn't get into the water anywhere, which is what we had expected. All in all, it was still fun and everyone was very friendly. :)

First of all, it is important to know that the water activities did not take place on the Ile aux Cerfs but on a beach in Mauritius, contrary to what the description suggests. The activities were great despite everything. Then on the other hand, we took the road back to Belle Mare and there we had the unpleasant surprise to learn that we had missed the catamaran. without really explanation (we started the day early and were the very first to do the water activities). We had to catch up with him by car to the waterfall, which made us miss half the cruise. Once on the catamran, the cruise went well until we arrived on the deer island where we were disembarked without explanation and without equipment (no diving equipment provided contrary to the description). Having no equipment or explanations on the island, we simply waited for the Catamaran to return. Then back to port, without stops to be able to dive.
