Waste of time and money
Extremely disappointing. I have never felt so disappointed and frustrated by the inexperience of a local tour guide.

A total waste of time and money
Our guide was extremely nice and polite. However, first of all, he was half an hour late secondly, and most importantly, he had absolutely no knowledge of the city and the main sites. We walked for almost 2 hours and received zero in-depth information. Why would you send a a foreign 21-year-old, who is new to the city, instead of a true local, as you advertise, who really knows what he’s talking about? We’re sorry to say this was an absolute waste of money and time and we expect a full reimbursement.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the half-hour delay and for providing a guide who did not have the deep local knowledge you expected. Our goal is to connect travelers with people who truly know and love their city, and it’s clear that in this instance, we did not meet that standard. We take your comments seriously and will be reviewing our guide selection for this location to ensure our 'local' promise is upheld.

Private tours are the best
Our guide was very nice and was open to whatever interested us. Private tours are the way to go. Plenty of time to stop and take pictures. Very helpful in understanding our interests in the Netherlands and their history. It was a good couple of hours.
