Very nice and entertaining city tour with John. Impressively fit for his age, very good German language skills (he also speaks English and French!) He brought Rotterdam closer to us and we will definitely come back:-)) Recommended: start early! We were out and about for three hours starting at 10:00 AM and the city was quite empty!
Carlos was a great guide. It was a lot of walking in two hours. Great coverage of the city and highlighting of city characteristics and history likely not covered by generic tours. Showed street art that depict city landmarks. Pointed out unique architecture. Shared insight into housing, healthcare, and education system. Very informative tour.
John was a fantastic tour guide. Our two hours plus of Rotterdam gave us an excellent personal experience getting to know this unique city. John is a native of the area and at age 83 provided enriching insight of any of the sights (and you cannot out walk him!). Fun city to explore, but do the tour with John, both a must.
There was 3 of us plus Lara our private tour guide. We requested to see things that we wouldn't know about and things that were different.

Our tour guide Loredana was excellent. She provided a personalized tour and was knowledgeable. The pace was good and the sites seen were good.
Touring the dock area of Rotterdam with our guide Rea, who gave us a lot of background and historical information.
Our guide was Lara, and she was excellent. She communicated with us about a week prior to our arrival so we could discuss what we wanted to see and what we needed to learn as we would be staying in Rotterdam for a week. She was right on time, meeting us at our hotel, and we began our tour from there. We spent about two hours walking through the various parts of town, including the houses and Market hall. she was very educational on what we might want to come back and see on our own as well as some suggestions for day trips. She gave us a good orientation of the public transport system, which we had requested so we could get around more easily. She also answered our many questions around daily life here, including grocery store etiquette as well as cultural norms and foods we should try. We really enjoyed our day and since we booked her on our first full day in Rotterdam, we feel much more prepared of what we will want to do each day while we are here She also followed up with an email with additional things we may want to do after our tours, so that was awesome!
Ivan my tour guide was absolutely amazing! I traveled solo so I was a bit apprehensive of this type of tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very personable. In two hours, he showed me the highlights of Rotterdam. He answered questions and made me feel very comfortable in a new city. My next few days in Rotterdam were the best because of his recommendations and the places we went.
