CECILE was everything!!!!! She was so good that we had random visitors in the museum trying to tag along to listen. Cecile made this art tour so fun and was extremely knowledgeable. We don’t typically like “art history” but the way she took us through the timeline of Van Gogh’s life was so memorable. HIghly recommend this tour with Cecile!

I thought I knew a fair amount about Vincent Van Gogh, but thought it would be refreshing to get someone else's perspective. Our guide, Victoria, was AMAZING! She knew every fact and every theory about Vincent and she spoke with passion and reverence. She brought his paintings to life. At the start of the tour, I mentioned that I would be looking for benches to give my back a re-set and she disappeared for a minute, then came back with a folding stool that we took along with us, so I could sit anytime I wanted! Our tour was scheduled for 2 hours and she gave us 3.5! Just amazing!

Our guide Victoria was great. Met us on time at the meeting point, was very friendly, spoke English perfectly and was prepared. Most importantly her knowledge and passion for Van Gogh and his art was impressive. As a result we were made aware of aspects we would have missed or not known about. The tour was well paced. Victoria was open to different views in the group about the art which is important given the nature of art. Highly recommend this tour.

Anna N is very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter of Vincent Van Gogh, the artist and the man. She provided context for us to better understand his works of art and debunked many of the commonly held myths regarding his life, which was truly astonishing. Anna also ensured that every member of her tour group was taken care of as she procured enough folding chairs for those who needed to sit during the tour as the tour is quite long. Anna’s English is excellent as well. She spoke very clearly and passionately. To those who are on the “older” side, please take into consideration that the tour is 2.5 hours in duration. There is a reason that under “additional info,” the tour company states “travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level.” Even with the folding chairs, there is still a lot of walking (including up and down stairs as the elevators are often too crowded). It is an excellent tour though.

Was a lovely tour with our wonderful tour guide Victoria. Victoria was knowledgeable, kind and we remember everything she shared with us about the museum and Van Gogh. I highly recommend.
