Nuestro tour Premium incluye, además del recorrido guiado, un regalo que entregamos al final de la visita. Es un detalle bonito, valorado por muchos clientes durante años, y que forma parte de nuestra manera de cuidar la experiencia. Si no lo recibieron, puede que no se quedaran hasta el final o, aunque no suele ocurrir, se le pasara al guía. Si desean recibirlo, pueden escribirnos por email o WhatsApp con su nombre, el número de personas que eran y el día de la visita, y se lo enviaremos encantados. Por otro lado, en ningún momento anunciamos que el tour permita saltarse colas. Si asistieron un día con mayor afluencia, es posible que se formaran pequeñas esperas, algo normal en fechas de concurso y en recorridos compartidos. Llevamos muchos años organizando visitas guiadas con transparencia, profesionalidad y atención al detalle. No tendría sentido tratar de engañar a nadie.
