The worst taxi experience I’ve ever had. Arrived at Barcelona airport needing a taxi to the Port of Barcelona to start the cruise. Was informed that the taxi would be €46from a cruise representative. As stated on the meter. Which we would be happy to pay. Arrived at the port and the taxi driver switched his meter off and turn and said €76. We couldn’t understand why. I said it said €46 on the meter in your mirror. He said no no plus tax. I refused and then he said he would get the police and locked us in his car. Within 10 minutes the police was there and turned around and said if you don’t pay the fare we will be arrested. It left us no option and had to walk away. Went and told the staff at the cruise ship and they turned around and said it was not on the ship it has nothing to do with us. Thank you MSC Cruises and an even bigger thank you to the black and yellow Barcelona taxis you made our holiday a holiday never to forget.

Driver was early and met us promptly out in front of our hotel. He was very professional and curtious! Easy trip to the cruise terminal!

On way driver was 45 mins early told him it was for 8a then didn’t show up when I called he said he sent someone else they came at 845z. On way back to ship they said we didn’t pay and we didn’t pay. Just a rip off we had to pay him to get back.

No communication showed up 1 hour before designated time so we had to pay for another taxi I need a refund

Super prompt and very professional!! So pleased with the timing and excellence from pick-up to drop off at the Barcelona Port/ Terminal!

The operator kept saying it kept hanging up on us as we were trying to figure out why the car was so early when we changed the day before, very unprofessional.. I'm requesting a refund

Transfer from hotel to cruise ship port. Despite messaging in the app AND calling the day before, the driver never showed. Had to chat with Viator to get help, when driver was 30 minutes late. Viator said my party was a “no show” - we were outside the hotel 15 minutes before the pick up time. 15 minutes after the pickup time I called the tour/taxi operator. Told me not to worry driver will call when we arrives. No call, no text no driver. 50 minutes after the pickup time we found our own taxi. Paid 1/4 of the booked price. Viator will try to process a refund. Very disappointing.

Driver was very prompt, he arrivedd on time and was very good at providing his location since parking was a problem at the hotel.

The driver (UBER) could not find the hotel for pickup. The uber driver did contact me via text but gave up trying to locate the hotel. We had to take a taxi from the hotel to the cruise port. I am requesting a refund from Viator.

Very punctual , the driver was very nice, helpful and took care of us. The car was very clean and confortable
