Terrible, we arrived at the airport at 12:30pm on 12th Dec, exactly as arranged on transfer and there was no driver. I called the tour operator who was so rude and told me there was no driver for me, I asked to get a refund or speak with a manager and he said no and hung up!
It's a relief to arrive at airport and see your name on a board waiting for you after a long travel. On the way back there was a misunderstanding about the name of the hotel and after a call, another taxi was there in two minutes. The only thing to express is the prize, 80€ is a bit expensive. Our friends payed 30€ in another taxi's company.
When we arrived at Rovaniemi airport the shuttle of our hotel, Santa Claus holiday cottages, was waiting for us outside. After a quick drive, 10 minutes, they delivered us at our cottage. The driver gave us the key and some information. A very good and very quick private shuttle !
