Great communication. Driver was where he said he would be, when he would be. Helped with bags. Dropped us at hotel door.

The private hire did not turn up and have not git my refund. Could not call anyone as all fones were cut off. No body knew barcelona private hire in Rhodes. Still waiting on my refund.

The private transfer was best possible. As we were staying in the Old City and cars are restricted the driver had to drop us at one of the gates and we were expected to walk into the City. As one member of our group had difficulty walking, the driver contacted our home Owner and arranged a pickup service. He went out of his way for us and we appreciated it.

Really friendly and easy to find at the terminal. Both the host and the driver were super helpful. Great service and definetly recommend

No driver showed up. We called the number on the reservation and they said they had no reservation for us. We had to get a cab.

Unfortunately our flight to Rhodes was cancelled and we were unable to get an alternative flight until the following day. I tried contacting both the tour operator and Viator to rearrange a transfer but I got no response from either of them.

Sorry but this just wasn’t what I had booked. I’d booked a private transfer and was told that the driver would be waiting in arrivals with my name. The flight was a little early (but this wasn’t a surprise) and we were through reasonably quickly. In arrivals there was a (very friendly) lady holding four pieces of paper with names on - including ours. We were asked to wait - which we did, for around fifteen minutes. Then eventually the driver arrived with a minibus and although again the other passenger was very pleasant and the driver was good this wasn’t a “private transfer”. For something that was more expensive than a taxi would have been and took longer (and taxis were available) this was not good value for money. We contacted the number “in case of problems” and no reply yet…

We chose to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel in Rhodes city. 4 people 30 euros and at the hotel about 1 hour before those who chose the bus transver. Gold worth because the plane landed at 2:15 at night.

Amazing driver! Very friendly and helpful, would use again. More expensive than a taxi but felt safe and was already waiting as we arrived so no need to wait.

We booked with Holiday Taxis and transfer was faultless. Much less expensive than booking with the travel agent . Fantastic experience
