Transfer was right on time and the drop off/pick up points were clear and accessible. Our guide was knowledgeable and courteous. She was also friendly and gave us good information and advice. It was a great experience. We loved Bruges and would use our guide, Benedict, again.

The operator hired a taxi to take us from port to Brugge. It was ok. The guide was subpair and didn’t have much knowledge about the city. Just where landmarks were. Very quiet and looking at the watch for it to be over sooner rather than later You are better off doing it by yourself and saving 700

The taxi vehicle is a private vehicle with a driver just for you for this one way transfer. The guide Suzanne is a very well reviewed guide who speaks fluent Spanish as per your request and tried to give you all the information required but sometimes, if the guest is not as interested, she won't continue to bother with an explanation. We had a great day with our guide Ann showing our family her home town of Beautiful Brugge. She was friendly and very knowledgeable I would highly recommend this tour we were a group of parents grandparents and two teenagers.

This tour was not worth it. We could've done this on our own for free. Worse guide ever. So boring. Tour not worth it for the price.

This excursion is a sham and is not at all what it is described to be. It is not a private excursion with a driver and guide-it is a 10 minute taxi ride to the city with a WALKING tour-not at all the description. This was booked for a handicapped person and the tour operator wanted an additional 500 Euros for the driver to stay with the tour, which was already paid for ($900) as part of the excursion. It was a scam to get more money and we did not get our tour with a driver and guide. Stay far away from this one!

Please read the inclusions of the tour that you booked. You have failed to read what it says on the tour that are two transfers back and forth and a private guide, Bruges is a city where it is all on foot. You have not read the product well, and have never been warned that there was someone handicapped until the day of the tour. You need to inform us if there is something special, we cannot guess that you had a handicap person on the tour. This is not a scam, you need to read what you booked. You booked two transfers and a private walking tour in Bruges. Please read the tour description. Thank you.
We were picked up at the cruise terminal by a taxi who took us to a meeting point where our guide was waiting for us. The guide was friendly and informative. Brugge is a beautiful city filled with history, good food and Gothic architecture. The canals were stunning, even if crowded with tourists on boats.
