This is the 3rd time I've taken the Private Taxi Tour and it's the best way to see all the lights of Christmas in London! It's worth the price and you see everything & you learn so much from your very knowledgeable driver.
Gary was fantastic! I sent my family on this tour while they were visiting me in London and they were raving about it afterwards, but their highlight was how friendly and kind the driver was. We even forgot something in the cab and he went out of his was to return it to us the next day. This was the perfect experience for my family during the Christmas holidays!

Stella was early to our appointment and showed us all the best Christmas light sights around London! She's super nice and knowledgeable about the area, and helped us take some great photos. The Christmas lights are so gorgeous and this experience lets you see them from the warm comfort of a car and you get some great family photos too!

London at Christmas… no city does it better! And thanks to Michael, our driver and tour guide, we had the chance to see some of the BEST Christmas Lights locations in London. Oxford Street, Bond Street, Leicester Square and many other wonderful stops were on our itinerary. Plenty of opportunities to take some great pictures thanks to Michael’s patience and outstanding parking skills! What a great tour! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

SCAM ALERT! Sent a small cab with fogged widows and no glass roof. The Ubers were nicer. Cancelled, and refused a refund.
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and that you felt it warranted a one-star review. The vehicle provided was a fully licensed London Taxi, exactly as booked, and your Driver-Guide is highly experienced, consistently receiving five-star feedback from previous guests. When your flight was cancelled less than 12 hours before your original tour time — through no fault of your own — we made every effort to accommodate your request to reschedule, despite this falling within our 24-hour cancellation policy. We were also pleased to help make the occasion special by arranging a birthday card and gift for your London celebrations. Regarding visibility during the tour, the evening experienced heavy rainfall, and when four passengers enter a vehicle, temporary window fogging can occur. This typically clears within a few minutes once the air-conditioning has time to take effect. Unfortunately, the tour concluded before this could fully resolve. We genuinely strive to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for all our guests and regret that this was not reflected in your visit.
Our guide Alan Oliver “Ollie” was waiting for us when walked out of our flat. The experience was wonderful—Ollie was very knowledgeable and gave us interesting and informative stories throughout the journey; as well, he was a friendly and engaging gentleman! He, of course, knew all of the best Christmas light displays and we got to see all of them! If you’re in London during the Christmas season, make sure not to miss this fantastic experience! Great way to see the Christmas Lights. Able to stop and get out to take beautiful pictures. Driver was very thoughtful and knowledgeable.
This Christmas Lights Tour is a must! From start to finish, Keith Groves ensured that every detail was perfect. His warm and friendly personality immediately made us feel welcome. He took us to breathtaking displays we never would have found on our own, and the pace of the tour was perfect, we had plenty of time to soak in the lights, take photos, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Thanks to Keith, this tour was the highlight of our holiday trip. Highly recommended!
