The taxi driver was on time at the port to pick us up to take us to our city center hotel. It was a very easy and smooth transfer. I would recommend.
We had 2 vehicles and one had no AC in back seat in 95 degree weather. I had to call them as they were late for our pickup. Otherwise the customer service before the pickup was very good
