この体験は、モデナを訪れるほとんどの人が決して見ることのできないものを中心に構築されています。 モデナにある家族経営の秘境の伝統的なアセタイアに足を踏み入れ、25年以上熟成された本物のバルサミコ酢を味わい、この「ブラックゴールド」がどのように作られているのかを学びます。 そこから、モデナの食の伝統を探索し、地元の業者と出会い、パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノとティジェにまつわる物語を発見します。 屋台の向こう側を見渡し、日常のモデニーズ食文化がどのように機能しているかを理解しながら、地元の視点で歴史的なアルビネリ市場を歩きます。 道中では、カプチーノと一緒に楽しむニョッコ・フリットなど、ほとんどの訪問者が気づかない小さな伝統や、地元の驚くべき習慣を発見することができます。 最大8名様まで参加でき、質問や料理の背景にいる人々と直接つながる時間など、よりパーソナルな体験を楽しめます。 これは内側から見たモデナで、味だけでなく、どこから来て、なぜそれが重要なのか。

ウォーキングフードツアーでは、モデナのお気に入りの地元の見どころをすべて探索します。 ツアーの集合場所はピエドラ・リンガドーラの隣にある美しいグランデ広場 ツアー開始前に早めに到着して、ピアッツァを探索するのが理想的です（笑）

This was a fantastic food tour of Modena including a very special breakfast and memorable balsamic tasting. Our guide, Loredana was excellent. So friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Very easy to travel to Modena from Bologna by train.

This food tour was exceptional. Wandering the streets of Modena, an insight into the history, and stopping at different locations for sampling of local food was incredibly good. Spent the day in Modena with Lori who was absolutely wonderful. Gnocco frito , wines Parmesan , tagelle and modena glaze , and vinegar. Highly recommend!

Loredana was a very charming and experienced guide. Lots of tasty food stops and at pretty slow pace on a hot day in Modena. Market, cafe, balsemica shop and a gelati shop. Loredana was very kind and caring for all the people in our group including two small children.

We had a really lovely, full and exciting food tour with our guide Loredana. In total we were with 6 persons. The places we visited, the food and wine we tasted, all great. Loredana was very knowlegde-able and we could ask her all kinds of questions. All in all a great experience in a lovely group.
