Great experience
Great morning excursion. Monica was great and guided us through the history of the city on the way to the caves. Caves were beautiful.

Be prepared to be amazed
I hadn't planned to do this tour because I'd read that you can't take photos. Due to another tour being cancelled I chose this as the alternative and I'm so glad I did. Manuel was our guide and he was terrific. He explained the photo matter is for safety reasons and once you get inside you totally understand why. The boat travels through some very low ceiling areas and people need to focus on ducking rather than photos. Good news is there is a photo stop on the way out. The boat ride is amazing and then there is a short walk where you see cave formations and then it's back on the boat. Highly recommend this tour

The caves were...
The caves were disappointing ( rather boring) The guide on the boat in the caves only spoke Spanish, this should be noted when booking the tour. Waste of money The guide ( Monica) was quite good

Hi David, We’re sorry to hear that you found the caves boring; unfortunately, making thousand-year-old caves more exciting is one of the few parts of the tour that is beyond our control. 😉 Regarding the language, we clearly state before booking that the boatmen inside the caves only speak Spanish. This is precisely why we include an English-speaking guide who accompanies the group and provides all the necessary explanations in English. We always recommend checking this information before booking to avoid any surprises during the experience. 😉 We’re glad, however, that you thought Monica was a great guide. At the end of the day, we can choose our guides, organise the experience and clearly explain what is included before you book. Beautiful cave tour
Alessander was a great tour guide. He told us lots of things about Valencia in both Spanish and English. He was punctual, friendly and informative. The caves were so beautiful, really a treat to see. It was a comfortable temperature inside even though I thought it would be chilly. We were in the caves about an hour. I think the resort price is reasonable with the transportation and tickets handled Luis the guided information. Fun trip.

Beautiful caves but expensive ride
The caves themselves were super cool. Our guide did not speak any English sadly, but we were handed a brochure prior that provided some information in English. Great experience but not worth the price of booking through a company, would be better to just figure out your own transportation and buy the cheap admission ticket at the caves.

Hi, We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the caves! Just to clarify one important point for future travellers: the person steering the boat inside the caves is not your Valencia & Go guide. As clearly stated before booking, the boat staff only speak Spanish. Our English-speaking guide accompanies the group from Valencia and provides the explanations in English. Regarding the price, you are absolutely right that buying only an admission ticket to the caves is cheaper than booking a full organised excursion from Valencia. Our price includes much more than the cave ticket: transportation from Valencia, an official guide, organisation and assistance throughout the experience, as well as the admission itself. So, for travellers happy to organise their own transport and visit independently, buying a ticket directly can certainly be a cheaper option. For those looking for an organised experience from Valencia, that is precisely the service they are booking with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the caves and hope this clarification helps future travellers understand the difference between both options.

Serious tour, very helpful guide.
Great job, Monica! I participated in the cave tour, very beautiful. During the trip, Monica told us many historical gems; she was very helpful and the tour was serious. I traveled with my family, two members of which only understood Italian; Monica explained in both Italian and English. Well done!
