Our travel experience was not good, the driver was in hurry and driving fast so it wasn't a pleasant ride. Also the chauffeur didn't even attempt to have a casual conversation along the way and back. i don't know if it's a language barrier or just not interested in providing added context of our destination. i would rather have just booked with other travel guides, which could have provided a more pleasant and enjoyable ride experience to versailles palace.

However, we would like to clarify that the pickup time was changed at the last minute, which unfortunately caused a delay of about 30 minutes for our driver. We always operate on a strict schedule because we have other reservations planned throughout the day, and last-minute changes can affect the timing of the following services. Our driver focused on getting you to your destination on time despite the delay, which may have made the ride feel a bit more direct than usual. Regarding conversation, sometimes there can be a language preference or the driver may choose not to disturb guests who seem to prefer a quiet ride. Of course, our drivers are always happy to communicate if guests would like to chat or ask questions. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service. Door to door service that was efficient and seamless. It was worth the money to avoid navigating the logistics of public transportation between our hotel in central Paris and Versailles. Both drivers were very professional.
