We had Alex as a guide and were completely satisfied! There were no problems at all - on the contrary. We have not been on a Segway for the first time and booked the tour with off-road, great introduction, great tour, great guide! Alex took photos and videos of us during that time, which were delivered reliably and quickly.
On 21.08.2026 we had our first Segway Tour ever - and we could not have gotten a better instructor than Alex (Alejandro). Alex is very professional, patient and lots of fun. He tells nice and informative stories about local highlights during the tour. Thanks so much for sending us the pictures and the video of the tour. As Alex offers mulitple fun activities I am sure we will be in touch again when we come back to GC. Thanks Alex and we wish you success with all your activities. Best regards and see you next time. We took the 3 PM tour with Alex and can already say that it was a brilliant excursion. It was a lot of fun. Alex explained a lot about the area to us and showed us great spots. We even went off-road. That was really mega cool! The pick-up and drop-off service directly from and to the hotel was also great. For anyone who wants to experience something special on Gran Canaria, we can definitely recommend the Segway tour with Alex!
We did the morning tour. Given the time we were the only ones for this "private" tour with very little other traffic. The guide was very friendly and knew a lot about the places we visited. A very cool experience!
Hallo! Hier is Alex. 🛴☀️"
It was really cool visiting Madpaloma by Segway. I really enjoyed the nice sights and had fun driving across streets. Alex is great guide.
Hi there! Alex here. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review! I'm thrilled to hear that you had a cool time exploring Maspalomas and that you enjoyed cruising through the streets and taking in the sights. It was an absolute pleasure being your guide! Hope to see you again for another ride if you're ever back in Gran Canaria. Best wishes!
Very cool ! I really enjoyed, visiting those places through Segway is pleasant and funny. In top of that our guide was great.
Hi there! Alex here. Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm so glad to hear that you found the Segway tour such a fun and pleasant way to see the sights. That's exactly what I aim for! It was an absolute pleasure guiding you through the experience. Hope to welcome you back for another ride next time you visit Gran Canaria!
A great guy of Alex and the tour is excellently planned! There are also great explanations about the island and much more!
Alles Gute! 🇮🇨🛴"
This was our first Segway tour and we were not disappointed. Our instructor Alex picked us up directly from our apartment and went directly to the spot where the tour starts. He was very patient explaining how the Segway functions and demonstrating how to drive it. During the tour, he was taking care that everyone was progressing well. For true beginners like us who have never driven a Segway, that was greatly appreciated and acknowledged. And the view, which was panoramic, was so beautiful...passing the pier, beach, park, boutiques, and a few historical sites. I highly recommend this tour as an excellent alternative to explore Maspalomas surroundings AND while acquiring new skills with the Segway. It was a truly enjoyable experience which we won't hesitate to do again. Thank you Alex.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🙏 I’m really happy to hear that your first Segway experience was such a positive one. It was a pleasure to meet you and to help you feel comfortable and confident on the Segway, especially as first-time riders. Your kind words about my patience and the way the tour was conducted truly mean a lot to me. I’m also glad you enjoyed the panoramic views and the route through the pier, beach, park, boutiques, and historical spots around Maspalomas. Showing these beautiful surroundings in a fun and different way is exactly what this tour is all about. Thank you for recommending the Panoramic Segway Tour as a great way to explore the area while learning a new skill. I would be delighted to welcome you back again in the future! All the best, Alex Segway Gran Canaria 👋😊
What an amazing experience from start to finish! Alex was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, making everyone feel comfortable and confident before we even set off. The Segway ride itself was so much fun, and the views along the way were absolutely stunning. Alex took great photos and videos for us, which was a fantastic bonus and a wonderful way to remember the experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique, enjoyable, and memorable way to explore the area!”
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience! 😊 I’m really happy to hear that you felt comfortable and confident right from the beginning—that’s always very important to me, especially for a first Segway ride. Exploring the area with such beautiful views and having fun along the way is what these tours are all about, so I’m glad you enjoyed it. I’m also pleased that you liked the photos and videos—it’s always great to help guests take home some special memories from the tour. It was a real pleasure having you with us, and thank you so much for the recommendation. Hope to see you again in the future!
Fantastic Tour! We loved every minute. Our guide Alex was brilliant! So friendly, patient and gave us an overview all the places we passed along the tour. Took amazing pics and video of us as we were on the tour!!! Highly recommend! Even with not so nice weather… it was a great tour!
Hi Dave, Alex here! Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm thrilled to hear that you loved every minute of the tour. As I always say, a bit of 'not so nice' weather can't stop a great Segway adventure! It was a real pleasure being your guide, and I’m glad you appreciated the patience and the local tips along the way. I’m also happy you liked the photos and videos! I love capturing those memories so you can take a piece of Gran Canaria back home with you. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I hope to see you again soon! 📸🛴"
