Dear customer, thank you for sending us the feedback. We are sorry to read your disappointment, this tour is a cult and you are the first person who is not satisfied with this tour. In your description you do not take into account the following points: 1 – This is an ecological tour (we do it with an electric van) 2 – to reach Florence it takes 3 hours including 1 or 2 stops 3 – in the morning in Florence you go shopping, in the afternoon the guided tour of Florence. 4 – the assistant is available to customers to satisfy every need 5 – the guide starts the tour at about 2.45 pm and ends after 2 hours you did this itinerary as planned, if there was something you did not like why did not you talk to the assistant? Our assistant is available for you customers, always. It is not correct to write after many days and criticize a service that has always had a high satisfaction rate. All day tours cover many kilometers, perhaps it is a good idea to inquire with customer service or the operator about your needs first. If you had communicated with the assistant perhaps he could have intervened and solved a possible problem that we believe you did not have. You have finished the tour as scheduled, we have tried to give an emotion but we understand that it is not possible to satisfy demanding customers like you who do not communicate.
