Very good trip our tour guide Merce was excellent. Merce regularly checked that everyone in the party was accounted for. Remember to take your suntan lotion as needed when doing walk around the town. It’s a very interesting tour.

The visit to Carmona and Cordoba is absolutely not to be missed. I would say that the organization is perfect, starting with the very kind driver Raul, the fantastic guide Jesus, welcoming, friendly, and competent. Along the way, Jesus described the landscape to us, talked to us about the history of the places, and told us funny anecdotes. Likewise the local guide Veronica, fantastic, competent, and friendly.

This company was very unorganized. It was unclear what to do at the meeting point, with several groups not sure how to proceed. When a guide showed up late, she was very frustrated when none of the names on her list were present. When she finally got the correct names, we were behind schedule, and we were told we had to walk to another meeting point to get on our bus. After a 1/2 mile speed walk, in which she had no concern for our large group, with many elderly people, crossing busy streets safely, we made it there. When we got to the bus, we were divided up into two groups, Spanish/French and Italian/English. Apparently trying to save money the company did not want to provide, despite the large numbers, a separate guide for each language. This made it very difficult to follow on the tour. The only saving grace was our wonderful guide Jesus, who handled the difficult circumstances admirably. He was friendly, encouraging, engaging, and full of interesting knowledge and useful suggestions. With him we were in good hands and he made the tour a pleasant experience. The bus driver was also great, very professional and a safe driver.

The tour guide Pia is the smartest one I have seen so far among guides in Spain. She knows a lot about the history of the cities, and even switches languages easily if there is a need. Very kind and very patient with us as we were walking more slowly through the city. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs to go to Cordoba and needs a guide.

The guides were very attentive, there was always accompaniment from them and good historical accounts.

Excellent organization and excellent guide. Maria Vidal is a prepared and helpful person; she managed an Italian and English group in perfect harmony.

I made the reservation thinking about going to Córdoba and had the pleasant surprise of also getting to know Carmona. Our guide Pia gave a masterclass in history while she led us through both cities. She also recommended where to eat in a less touristy environment and with a local menu option. The experience was very good.

We travelled from Seville on a large air conditioned coach with 2 great guides - Antonio & Maria. 4 languages were covered, and this worked seamlessly. On this trip. Antonio took English & French with Maria taking Spanish & Italian….although Antonio impressively was comfortable in all 4 languages. The stop in Carmena was excellent, and we had an informative and interesting time in Cordoba. The only points to be aware of were 1/ in summer (up to Sep16) lots of sites are closed in the afternoon (we were disappointed not to see the Alcázar gardens) and 2/ the trip around the Mezquita is with local guides and there it was noticeable having to cater for 2 languages in a single group. Not as seamless. Antonio, as our guide for the day, was fascinating and made the whole day worth it!
