We used this company for our airport transfer upon arrival into Sharm el sheik airport. Our driver was called Ahmed (Adam) who met us at the airport exit doors. Once in the vehicle and already on the move he then proceeded to ask where we were staying, I showed him the name of the hotel and address on my booking and and said it’s in Naama bay, he laughed and said ha ha “no Naama bay” which I thought was possibly a local thing as our hotel was behind a busty road beyond Naama bay and maybe the tourists class everything as Naama bay? Anyway during the drive of quite frightening speeds once clocking 133 km/hr I started to feel like this was taking longer than it showed on the maps that I had looked at. I suspected he was taking us a “scenic” route… but no he was taking us to the entirely wrong hotel definitely not on Naama bay. Upon realising this I let him know and again show him the booking place and address. He called his “office” and started a full blown argument in Arabic with some guy who he then got me to talk to over the phone to tell him the actual address. We turned around and again at ridiculously high speeds and clearly a now very angry driver headed back towards the correct hotel. The driver then began to use a translator to tell me this was my fault and I should f*** off and never use this company again. Utterly appalling behavior from a travel company who should have actually looked at the booking address and not assumed they know where it was by the hotel name. He basically threw us out the car once we finally arrived.

Everything without problems. They always stay in touch with you via WhatsApp for any type of problem. If I were to go back there, I would definitely consider it again.
