Luzei created a perfect custom walking tour for our needs. He adapted to the fact that we had just arrived in the city and were very tired and kept the walking tour at a reasonable pace. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer our questions and do research about travel needs beyond the time with him.
The half day tour was a fabulous opportunity to learn about Zurich. Use of public transportation and our knowledgeable guide, Martin, gave us a close-up view of the Medieval city center and its historical buildings and streets. The rides on the funicular and the lake cruise were real treats.
A nice mix of history and relevance of sights. Our guide helped with purchase of future train tickets and finding our favorite Laderach store. Tram transit was easier with our guide. Fascinating factoids that we did not know about for example was the downfall of Credit Suisse. Overall 8/10 rating.
Unfortunately this tour was not as described. We had a substitute guide who was nice but didn’t take us anywhere listed on the description except the boat ride. We paid over $800 for a private tour for four people for four hours. It was very disappointing.
could you please let us know which places you believe were missed? The booking was done on a 3rd party provider - outside of our price control. You had the chance to book it with us directly.
Beautiful City and so many places to eat,by lanes to shop and city walk..loaded with so many watch brands in every lane and high end brands!Bollywood movie spots are making them win more Money!!
Wonderful walking tour to get us acquainted with Zürich. Enzo was a great guide and interesting. Kept us awake after early AM arrival from the US.
What a wonderful introduction to Zurich! Our guide was not only knowledgeable, but was warm and friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in sharing his beautiful city with us. We learned a lot and had a very nice time.

The walking tour was informative and engaging, offering a great mix of culture and insights into everyday life in Zurich. Our guide, who was from Zurich, was friendly, knowledgeable. While it wasn’t a historical tour (what we prefer), the guide did share interesting details about Zurich’s recent history. We had a ride on the cable car up to the University, which offered unique views of the city, and enjoyed traveling between the different sights by tram – a great way to experience Zurich like a local. We took a coffee break by the river and we didn’t opt for the lake cruise, since we had already done one in Lucerne. This tour more than enough to appreciate the charm of Zurich and it's perfect anyone wanting an overview of Zurich and a great introduction to the city

It is not the guide's fault as the guide had experienced a major family tragedy that day and thus understandably was not able to do the required task. My feedback is that the tour should have been canceled and I would have understood given the circumstances, rather than still going through with it and covering very little of what was in the agenda. Again, not the guides fault, i have to just give feedback on what i feel was a poor experience and a better decision to just not go ahead given circumstances should have been made.
Our guide didn't inform us and we now find out about this through a review. We would have been happy if you contacted us directly and we would have refunded you for the tour of course. But as you prefer to rate something, which can not be rated - we'll leave it as it is.
Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the experience. Learned a great deal about the history of Zurich.
