Communication with the venue was very good. The laminated map was helpful in terms of route finding, but could have been better for exact locations of things to look out for. Really enjoyed the experience and only had one gripe.
The SUP that was mentioned as included in the cost was not available, and hadn't been for a while, as they no longer have any paddle boards.
I don't know if this is a Viator issue or the venue issue, but if it's not available, it needs taking down from the site, as this was something that swayed our decision to go with this venue/booking.

Good price. Fun experience
Relaxing day with the kayak. It was an unguided tour but it was fun. Rough water made it fun to explore the islands but we’d expected to experience a big cave experience exploring like Galebove stijene.

Galebove stijene are far away from us, you wouldn't be able to paddle all the way there. One should always check the area where the activity is taking place, before booking.

The first thing you asked of us was food and drink. When we tried to explain to you that in the product you booked ‘Pula Snorkeling and Kayaking’ it was not included, you were extremely upset. I showed you the original offer on the Viator page and it stated exactly what the product included and what it didn’t, which you by no means wanted to accept, claiming that the Viator page is very bad, confusing and that you know well what you paid for. You asked us to return your money and to cancel the tour because it does not include food and drink and you also asked us to stop cooperating with Viator because you were deceived. You were extremely unpleasant in your anger, and our staff tried all the time to stay sober and kind to you.
However, you decided to go kayaking. Like everyone, the tour is described in detail, everything is shown on the map, and it is an area that is literally in front of you and it is easy to make a kayak tour, and you are equipped with everything listed on offer.
After all, your review is completely inappropriate, because the only one you can be angry at is you.

Independent kayaking and snorkeling in a beautiful location, staff not very friendly
Beautiful location. Independent kayaking and snorkeling with no real time limit. Staff were not very friendly. One of our snorkels didn't work, which made the experience a little less.

Horrible experience
We unfortunately had a bad experience with Orca diving. We booked kayaking and snorkeling for 4 adults and 2 hours. They were very friendly when we arrived and showed us where the kayaks are. But that was about it. No instruction nothing. After we asked the guy for a good place to snorkel he told us where to go best. This was very nice. He helped us getting into the kayaks (two persons each). Two of us are a little heavy weighted but not covering it at all. They got in the same kayak and off we went. After about 30 minutes we had to dock because one of the kayaks was full with water. After we emptied it we continued our way and stopped at a little island to snorkel. 3 of the 4 goggles were broken and ran full of water (just like the kayak lol). After we sat at the island for quite a time we continued our way back and had to stop another time halfway through because the kayak was full with water again! When we docked back at orca diving we told the guy that we had to empty the kayak twice because we were about to sink. He just told us that we might have been to heavy. Why didn’t he tell us that in the first place? Wouldn’t have been a problem at all and we would have switched our teams, even though my google research said that a normal kayak can carry 250-300kg! (We are definitely not that heavy!). Then he also told us that we could have tried to unplug a cap inside the kayak. How should we know this?! They didn’t even tell us how we had to kayak. One of us told the staff that we did not have a good time and that they could have told us all that BEFORE we started. He just said that it is ok but it is definitely not. We will never book with them again.

It feels heavy on our hearts that you had bad experience with us, but we think it is best to leave here our side of the story:
1. We couldn’t have told you that you are overweighed for kayak – two reasons for that – first it would be discriminating, and you would write review about that, second – you weren’t overweighed for the kayak, otherwise it would have sink and didn’t sink, kayak was still floating on the water, it was just full of water…why? Well because of the weight inside and that is true.
2. The masks and snorkels you were using have been disinfected and put into service today again and none of the customers had water in. Maybe the problem was that you had some hair inside. It happens, when you put the mask on, you catch a bit of your hair and then the water comes in. We will note that, and next time explain to all our customers how to properly put the mask on.
3. You have booked self-guided tour, so ours was to point you in good direction, give you the equipment and help you in and out of the kayak. Maybe your expectations were different, we feel sorry for that, but we have delivered from our side all that was required from us. If you don’t feel comfortable kayaking alone, maybe book a guided tour next time.

Good price, cave disappointing
Good value for the price. Snorkling and kayaking was nice, but the 'cave' is not worth mentioning (15 meters long and that's it).

Nice experience to try out
The staff at the Orca center was really friendlly. We opted for the guided tour since it was our first time doing it. Our guide Marin was very nice and helpfull thruout the kyaking trip and very suportive and encouraging in the snorkeling part . We really recomand the experience

Kayak and snorkel package
Friendly and helpful staff. The kayak and snorkel trip was unguided in the immediate vicinity of the dive shop. 2 hours wasn't much time to kayak around the nearby islands and snorkel. A better value would be to buy a set of masks and fins and travel to many of the different local sites on your own time.
