I booked this tour for myself and my girlfriend. We got picked up from our hotel by our tour guide Sumed, in his freshly cleaned Tuk Tuk. We made our way to the start of the trek point, we were given a short introduction of what to expect and got given some handy hiking sticks. The difficulty of the hike is moderate, there are some challenging periods where the incline was quite steep but Sumed made sure we were ok to carry on. He regularly asked if we needed to take a quick break. Throughout the hike we were given opportunities to take pictures of the view over Kandy. Sumed was very patient in taking pictures for us and waiting for us to take pictures ourselves he even provided water and lunch (sandwich and nuts). Reaching the peak was an amazing experience, not like in Ella with Ella rock and Little Adams Peak. This was completely secluded with no one else but us on the summit. Sumed and his companion were very accommodating throughout the hike! We highly recommend taking tour!
