We were picked on time at the location provided. Miriam was friendly and very helpful with locating our Airbnb. It was a great way to get to Sorrento from Naples.

Transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento. Driver was at pickup with sign on time and helped with luggage. Very good driver.

Our driver was great - timely, friendly, knowledgeable about the roads, and most importantly got us from point A to point B safely. Loved not having to deal with directions, luggage, or someone else’s timetable.

Wow, we had so many issues with the flight and lost a bag which took forever to get out of the airport. The driver waited for over 90 minutes while we sorted out the situation. When we finally were able to get our of the airport everyone was so nice and accommodating with us especially the driver. Really appreciate all the patience they had, Thank you!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Our driver was 35 minutes late to pick us up and didn’t even notify us to let us know. We felt like we were going to be stranded. I requested a partial refund and the company is extremely rude and didn’t think it was a problem the driver was late. He should’ve took in account for traffic to be on time. Very very unprofessional service!!! We also had to walk to a garage when he parked with our luggage. Normally they pull up for you. Nothing about this was professional. 0/10!

Our driver was very easy to find, professional, and pointed out famous landmarks along our drive to Sorrento. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a stress free way to get from Naples to Sorrento.
We booked a transfer from Naples to Sorrento. He was early and very professional. He was very informative as we drove to Sorrento. He did a great job! We are actually booking him for the transfer back.
The driver was excellent. He was early and he was courteous. He drove well in the crazy Naples traffic.
Driver was at the airport waiting and pointed out sights along the way. Clean car and very polite. Being a solo female arriving in Naples at 10.30pm at night, I would recommend this company to anyone.
