Excellent transfer service! Our driver arrived right on time, greeted us warmly, and helped with our luggage. The air‑conditioned van was very comfortable, and the ride along the Amalfi Coast felt smooth and stress-free. We even got a couple of scenic stops for photos: a very thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this for a hassle-free trip between Sorrento and Positano.

Not very professional
I booked months in advance and day before I was contacted to ask if I could move the pick up time. No problem because our plans at arrival destination fell through. Our driver picked us up in time but then stopped to fill up the car with gas, left the car running with no air conditioning and no windows to roll down. We were stopped for 10 mins in total. Entirely unprofessional. The only saving grace was that the company contacted our hotel whose staff met us at our drop off location to carry our luggage (this is the only reason I’m giving a 3). For, $250 for a 30 min ride, I expect the car to have gas…

Dear Traveler, thank you for your feedback.
We are so sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. The situation you described does not meet the high standards of professionalism we pride ourselves on and always guarantee. We completely agree that stopping for gas with passengers on board is totally unprofessional and not something we condone.
We will immediately contact the driver to understand the nature of the emergency they encountered that led to the unpredicted stop. We will also use your feedback to ensure that this kind of situation does not happen again.
We truly hope you will give us another chance to provide you with the quality service you should have received.
Best regards

Great transport!
We booked this private transfer from Sorrento to Positano. Our driver, Christian, arrived promptly and picked us up in a clean and spacious Mercedes van. He greeted us with a warm and friendly personality. He was so informative and educated us about different areas through which we traveled. He even made a couple of quick stops, allowing us to take a couple of photos from fantastic viewing locations. We are so happy we booked this transfer! We will definitely be booking again through Viator. You will not be disappointed!

In good hands
Simon was our driver for the short drive from Sorrento to Positano. He arrived on time (super important) and was very helpful with our baggage...we had 4 bags! Simon spoke good English and was so much fun to chat with. He told us about the sights along the drive. We enjoyed our drive with Simon and felt safe with him behind the wheel. He was a very good driver ... very careful and responsible. He was professionally dressed and well mannered...a classy gentleman. What a privilege for us to be in his hands. We will use Viator's private transfer on our next trip and keep our fingers crossed we have a driver as wonderful as Simon! Thank you Simon.

Great option
On time and very professional. They had a car seat waiting for our son! They drove slow so you could see all the views, none of us got car sick.

Private transport to Positano from Sorrento
Our driver was on time, friendly, a good driver, and very helpful. My son left an important totebag in the car and he drove it back to us. We highly recommend the service and our driver.
