Great private guided tour of Duomo, Baptistery and Museum
Fabrizio our guide was excellent- spoke perfect english , his knowledge of his topics- the Duomo, Baptistery and museum were brilliant- he explained the various aspects of the tour succinctly and in sufficient depth to keep it interesting, not too little info and not too much , he had a few stories and takes to tell which kept one focused , he also did not rush the tour which ensured we could take pictures and get questions answered and after around 2 1/2 hours the tour ended. Most enjoyable and highly recommended.

Duomo dreams
Eva was great! A native of Florence, she is VERY knowledgeable, friendly, funny and down to earth. It was more of a chat rather than non-stop talking like most guides do. She was great with my 14-year old daughter as well as her 68 year-old dad, me!

Must do tour if in Florence.
Knowledgeable guide gave us a thorough tour. I would skip the bell tower climb if I went again. The wire mesh makes it difficult to get any good photos. Looks to be the same for the dome climb as well. There was some confusion over the admission lines, but our guide handled it for us.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We are pleased that the guide provided a complete tour and resolved the confusion at the entrance. We are sorry for the difficulty taking photos from the bell tower; we will take your comments into account. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

Wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommended. The museum itself holds many treasures that can easily be overlooked without a good guide.

Outstanding Duomo Experience with an Exceptional Guide
My wife and I had an excellent experience on the Florence Duomo Complex Private Guided Tour with our guide, Guya. She demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the history, architecture, and cultural significance of the Duomo complex, making the entire visit both insightful and engaging.
Guya was not only highly knowledgeable but also very friendly and personable. She communicated clearly, answered all our questions with precision, and kept us fully engaged throughout the tour.
We highly recommend this tour, especially with Guya as your guide—it truly elevates the experience of visiting one of Florence’s most iconic landmarks.
