Dubrovnik is such a beautiful city! Inna was an amazing and extremely knowledgeable tour guide and did an excellent job of keeping the group together through the busy streets. The sights above the city as well as exploring Old Town is not to be missed!

Great overview of Dubrovnik for cruisers without the cruise ship shore excursions mark-ups. They pick you up at the ship and end at the same place unless you choose to stay in the old town. A quick taxi or Uber and your back at the port in a few minutes.
The bus tour of this one was not worth the two stops. However the tour guide was very knowledgeable but a little flustered because he was late and the audio boxes were late getting to us. Honestly I would just take a cab to the downtown city and explore on your own or take the $15 dollar shuttle bus from the ship

Traveling with friends, we wanted to see as much of Dubrovnik as possible without spending the whole day worrying about transportation and timing. This worked very well for us. The Old Town was definitely the highlight. Having a guide with us at the beginning helped put everything into context and made the sightseeing more interesting than simply walking around with a map. We got to hear about the history and see the important areas, but the tour didn't feel overly structured. We particularly liked the free time afterward. It gave us the chance to split up for a while, take photos, browse the streets, grab something to eat, and meet back up later. Since we were visiting from a cruise ship, knowing that transportation back to the port was arranged made the day much less stressful. Overall, it was a fun and convenient way for a group of friends to experience Dubrovnik during a limited shore stop.

The timing was also reassuring because returning to the ship on time was obviously important. We never felt like we were cutting things too close. For a couple wanting a mixture of guided sightseeing and independent exploration, this was a very comfortable option.
