When the parking spots right by the ship are full, we park in the second or third row, which is a maximum 2-minute walk from your ship. Even if you booked a private tour, no tour would pick you up at the gangway; you would still have to walk 2 minutes. 2. You waited 20 minutes because you arrived 20 minutes before the pick-up time communicated to your email and phone. Please check both sources. Also, note that the tour description clearly states the exact pick-up time may vary from the tour start time mentioned on your tickets and will be communicated closer to your tour date. 3. If you expected a dedicated wine tour at the vineyard, you booked the wrong tour. This tour focuses on sightseeing, with wine tasting at the end at one of the best restaurants in the Medieval City of Rhodes to sample the best local wines and learn about the vineyards. Please note that the tour description clearly states this tour is not recommended for people with limited walking abilities. Next time, please consider booking private versus shared tours. Other tour members have limited time ashore and do not want to spend it waiting for those with limited walking abilities. Please be considerate of others. Safe travels!
