On the big bus hop on hop off tour, you will see all of the great downtown site of Berlin. There are plenty of sites around 18 or 19 stops and the audio is excellent and let you know in English where you are and the significance of the stock… Highly recommend if you're in Berlin ....
Thank you very much for your great review! Hopefully, we’ll see you again soon in one of our other Big Bus cities!
Easy to find and hop on and off. Excellent information about Berlin past and present. We had perfect weather so that was awesome.
Great that you enjoyed our tours, thanks for the 4 stars!
Personnel manning the stops along the way did not speak very good English. The list of stops that were closed was not complete. We waited over an hour for a bus to shop up and it never did. We finally decided to call it quits and take an Uber back to the hotel.
Apologies! Though it is a little disappointing to see this review as we’ve already provided you with a refund. As explained, in addition to the closures for the upcoming marathon, there were a number of unannounced traffic restrictions that we have no control over. Our staff (whose first language is not English) did their absolute best to minimise disruptions and getting info about stop closures available online does sometimes take a little time.
Excellent way to explore Berlin with some great perks like the included guided walk and free currywurst.
Thank you so much for your top review for us at Big Bus Berlin!
We took the trip from where we were staying the big train station in Berlin). We had planned to do the loop and get off where we started. However, our driver decided not to stop there. We had to get off at the next stop, over a mile away, and walk I had just had hip replacement) and his not stopping ruined 2 days of my trip because I was too sore to do anything else.
We're very sorry to hear that! Did you speak to the driver at all? Surely he would have been able to drop you off at the next corner if the stop was temporarily not accessible for whatever reason. Please accept our apologies.
We had limited time in Berlin so this was the perfect way to see the highlights and decide where to spend more time. The bus was easy to find and narration helpful.
Thank you so much - great that we were able to show you our beautiful city from its best side!
We really enjoyed the hop on hop off. Shadia from whom we bought the tickets was most helpful including warning us of traffic delays due to city protest marches. The earphones worked really well. A 2 hour tour of "the wall" was included in the ticket and we availed of that the next morning and found it excellent. Well worth the money.
Thank you so much for your lovely review for us at Big Bus Berlin. Yes, our Explore ticket that includes the Berlin Wall Tour and many other extras really is the best value. Hopefully we'll see you again soon at Big Bus!
The boat was comfortable as it travelled up and down the Spree River in Berlin. There was plenty of time to take pictures of the beautiful buildings along the route.
Great that you enjoyed our boat partner's tours - thanks for the 4 stars.
A very good overview of the City of Berlin. From the West side to the Eastern Side, the bus shows where the "Wall" was located, the history of the divided Berlin after WWII and the reestablishment of the great German City subsequent to the great divide.
Great that you enjoyed our tours so much - thanks for the 4 stars.
Exceptional value for money - the staff and drivers are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend downloading the app as it has added bonuses like map locator to next stop and bus gps information. The only issue is that the stops are not clearly marked on the street but thankfully most stops have a staff member who is more than willing to help. I did the explorer pass with Berlin Wall tour which I would highly recommend - it’s a 2 hour tour that is informative, captivating and enjoyable. It’s a good way to get around Berlin and see the highlights especially for a first time visitor to Berlin as you can easily get lost in this amazing city. Highly recommend to solo travellers, groups and families.
Thank you so very much for your fantastic review for us at Big Bus Berlin! Yes, local laws prohibit sightseeing companies from erecting stop signs - which makes the Big Bus Tours App even more invaluable!
