Amy was absolutely amazing on our tour! She was so knowledgeable, engaging and passionate, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The trip was incredibly comfortable, and the locations we visited were absolutely stunning. This was the first activity we booked for our honeymoon, and it set the bar very high — it exceeded our expectations by far! We loved every minute, especially getting dressed up and, of course, getting to play with the swords! ⚔️ A huge thank you to Amy and the whole team for such a memorable experience. Fun trip with interesting stories and insights about LOR films. Amy was the best guide, good knowledge, good storyteller and provided a fun experience.

Fun half day tour of beautiful scenery, narrated by our guide Amy, who was very knowledgeable of the Lord of the Rings filming sites and related facts. A highlight for my adult children was the stop in the woods where the Elven forest scenes were filmed - they were able to put on LOTR costumes and hold swords and take photos! We learned interesting behind the scenes information and enjoyed spending time with other LOTR fans!

Excellent tour. Amy the guide was easy to listen to and knowledgeable about the tour and NZ as well. Was a very worthwhile tour. The highlight of our trip.

Dan was a fantastic guide! Very attentive to the tour group preferences; he could get into deep LOTR lore with the folks who are super interested, and also talk about the history, geography, and other movies for group members less familiar with the books/ movies. This is an interactive and fun way to see Glenorchy and some of the other beautiful sights north of Queenstown.

It is awesome! My son has been talking about it non-stop since it completed. He enjoyed every moment.

DAN IS THE BEST!!! Our entire tour experience was such a transporting experience! We were running five minutes late due to heavy traffic and Dan was patiently and excitedly ready to welcome us. His knowledge of LotR, as a true fan, was fantastic (I learned way more facts than I thought were out there)! Not only that, he also had abundant knowledge on the Moari language, birds, geography, history, and lots of personal experiences that added to the whole! He also seamlessly interacted with every guest, from youngest to oldest, with genuine attention and interest. Loved the entire experience and would recommend to anyone, from the biggest fans to people who just want to see the beauty of New Zealand!

A fantastic tour for Lord of the Rings fans, but also for anyone interested in seeing parts of the beautiful surrounding areas of Queenstown. Our guide was Tristan and his love of the world of Middle Earth, and his knowledge of Tolkien's works was evident throughout. Although a very rainy day we still loved the places we got to see, with a particular highlight for us being Paradise. Would highly recommend.
