This was one of the best experiences of my trip! Tara is the consummate host and her food knowledge is beyond compare. She inquired about my wants for this course beforehand and presented menu options for my selection. Her guidance led to a beautiful menu, showcasing some of the variety of cuisine across India. I will absolutely book with her again on future trips to glean more information from her encyclopedic mind. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to any foodie!
