これは、地元の人々の家を訪れ、伝統的な文化や料理を探索するユニークな機会です。ガブリエラはイタリア人の家庭出身です。彼女は、タンゴ五重奏団の指揮者でありバンドネオン奏者でもある祖父のリカルドから料理を学びました。その後、ブエノスアイレスで自分のレストラン「オゾノ」を経営していたときに、イタリア人シェフのマリオ・マイオリーノのもとで知識を深めました。彼女は現在、アートディレクター兼ファッション写真家であり、長年ブラジルで働き、暮らしていました。ガブリエラは旅行も好きで、旅行は料理のスキルと知識の向上に常に役立っていると言います。 サラミ入りフォカッチャ、ミニプロヴォレタ（ねっとりとしたチーズ）、エンパナーダ・デ・カルネ・トゥクマナス、カルボナーダ（ビーフシチュー）などの料理をいくつか作ります。食事の最後には、デザートの「budín de pan con canela y dátiles con dulce de leche（デーツ入りブレッドプディング）」または「arrollado se dulce de leche（ドゥルセ・デ・レチェ入りロール）」を、紅茶かコーヒーとともにお召し上がりください。

This felt like less of a class, and more like a visit with a long-time friend. Gabriela's charm, warmth and enthusiasm immediately won us over. We skipped the market tour, and met her at her home, which she remodeled to her exact needs. The kitchen is large, and perfect for sitting, talking and working together. Each dish was fun to help make, and tasted wonderful. The wine flowed freely and paired perfectly. What a wonderful evening. Highly recommended for your next visit to Buenos Aires!

We had a wonderful market tour in cooking class with Gabriela. Her home was beautiful. We made empanadas and stew which we’re both absolutely delicious. Her empanadas were some of the best I’ve tried. Gabriela was so much fun and we really enjoyed the evening.
