Our guide, Bongane, was very dedicated and helped us complete our big 5. We arrived on an atypical afternoon for this time of year, with rain and wind, which made it too difficult to see not only animals, but the ride itself. And yet, he delivered everything we could have in the day. I recommend!

Great experience with Tours and Tickets
I recently used Tours and Tickets South
Africa for transfers during a trip to Kruger
National Park, and they were outstanding.
Their service made getting around easy and
stress-free. What really stood out was their
responsiveness when unexpected flooding
forced us to change our plans last-minute.
The team was super easy to communicate
with—quick replies and no hassle—and they
went above and beyond to rearrange
everything so we could still reach our
destination without major disruptions.
Professional, accommodating, and genuinely
helpful. I'd highly recommend them for any
transfers, tours, or logistics in the
Mpumalanga/Kruger area. Thanks for making

BEST GAME DRIVE EVER.
All I can say is that we had fun.
I wish I can give them million stars.
They picked us up from where we were staying , gave us water we got to see lots of animals. We had lots of fun.

Effective and efficient tour operator but value for money very questionable
Value for money is very questionable, it is very expensive for what you get. You can use your own vehicle for a fraction of the cost and see exactly the same as what you get on the safari.

These are all essential elements of what we consider a WOW safari experience.

Short- changed
The safari is advertised as 5-6 hours . My safari lasted 3hrs25 mins . Definitely not what I expected and we did not get what was promised in the advertisement

Thank you for your feedback. As we explained directly to you at the time you queried the duration, the safari duration you experienced is within the 5-6 hour time frame as advertised. The duration includes time for pick-up, transfer, and gate procedures. Please note that we must exit the Kruger Park's gate at their closure time for the season which was 17h50 on your safari date, as it closes at 18h00, and is why the safari ended at that time.
