Great tour guide, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and made the trip enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Sahaib.
We had a great day with Prince. We learnt a massive amount and Prince was able to answer all questions. Great selection of stops. Well worth the money.
The tour was advertised as 5-6 hours; our tour was 4 hours. The tour was advertised as a 10:30 pick-up; we were picked up at 9:30. Our guide had picked up a couple at the cruise ship that morning, driven them to their hotel and then added them at the last minute to our tour which had been set up several months before. That meant we had 3 large adults crammed into the middle seat of a small SUV. Plus, our guide basically talked to the gentleman in the front seat; my husband, who was most uncomfortably sitting behind our guide, couldn't hear a thing. We had set up with Viator that we were to go to the Emirates Palace Hotel for a camel burger; this did not happen. Additionally, we went to a "museum" which was NOT a museum at all, but a high end shop; I did NOT want to shop. At all. This tour was a big disappointment and I felt that our driver was not truthful with us. We have been stung by Viator a few other times in the past; I am done with Viator.
