Tour guide never showed and didn’t communicate anything after multiple reach outs and calls very disappointing
Tras revisar cuidadosamente lo sucedido, confirmamos que nuestro guía se presentó puntualmente en el punto de encuentro establecido, realizó el registro de los otros 12 participantes y permaneció allí hasta pocos minutos después de la hora prevista de salida antes de iniciar el recorrido. Durante ese período no recibimos llamadas ni mensajes a través de nuestra línea de asistencia de emergencia, disponible para todos los viajeros que requieran ayuda inmediata. Si bien nuestra investigación no identificó ningún incumplimiento operativo en la prestación del servicio, comprendemos que perder la experiencia haya resultado decepcionante. Como gesto de buena voluntad y con el objetivo de garantizar su satisfacción, aprobamos el reembolso íntegro de su reserva. We had an unforgettable Athens by Night tour with Kyriaki as our guide. She was warm, knowledgeable, and brought the city’s history to life with fascinating stories that blended ancient myths and modern culture. Her pacing was perfect—balancing lively nightlife spots with quiet, atmospheric corners of the city that we’d never have found on our own. The illuminated Acropolis was breathtaking, but Kyriaki’s passion for her city made the whole experience truly special. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to see Athens’ magic after dark.

Based on what I read, the tour was in English, but a Spanish- speaking assistant would be present. I arrived to find a family of 3 from Italy & 1 guide, no assistant. I wish Viator would've notified me about this before the tour. The guide, Edmundo, was a kind man & an interesting enthusiastic story teller, but every statement or segment was followed by a pause as it was translated into Italian by the guide or the family's son. This took time & I would've seen more & learned more without the translation time. The young family was nice & the son who translated was impressive. Still, though, I hoped to see a view of Athens like that in the photo-- no such luck. This was my 2nd full day in Athens & 2nd tour. I saw some fascinating historical sites and parts of the city I had not seen. I was going to give the tour 3 stars, but it was nice to walk with others, learn & see different things.
We held the Niki tour with my teenage granddaughters in April. The hotel in Athens was right located in a very interesting neighborhood. The hotel in Meteora very nice, pity that the dinner was mediocre. The visits to Delphi and Meteora very good. I want to express my displeasure with the guide Carlos Kolitsis in charge of the Athens night tour walking. We were 7 people and just started the tour was traveling at a speed that was impossible for me to follow. When I asked him to slow down he replied in a very unpleasant way that he had an itinerary to fulfill and that if I had any disabilities I had to hire a private tour. Clearly we were coming back from Delphi and Me eteora where I had no difficulty in keeping up with the pace of the excursion. A few blocks we left the tour. It is regrettable that an ill-disposed and ill-fated guide calls into question the quality of service of the Greek agency. Anyway thank you for an unforgettable trip

Athens in the evening tour was delightful. Our English speaking tour guide, Sissy, was knowledgeable and gave us lots of history, as well as hitting a lot of interesting neighborhoods. We wandered back the next day and it was noisy and crowded. The night time walking tour was relaxing in comparison.
Me and my wife were in Athens for a football match between Greece and Scotland, and had a few days in the city. Athens is a city that we have wanted to see for years, but just never had the time (our only visit to Greece had been to Rhodes), and after arriving at lunch time, there was not much in the way of tours for that day, but I felt this one would give us a great introduction to the city. No matter what time of the day you arrive, this should be your first tour in the city, as it is a great introduction to the city and really helps you get your bearings for navigating the city (we did other tours and none really stepped on the same ground as this tour, so perfect for not repeating anything). Unfortunately I have forgot our guides name, but she was a excellent guide who really gave us a great introduction to the city. A lot of ground is covered, and yet you do not stray to far from Plaka and Monastiraki, but really does help you for getting yourself around the city after that (we never got lost at any point during our stay). Some truly fantastic sites to see, and even more stunning at night. All in all, you really should make sure this is the first tour you do in Athens.

We contracted a 10-day package with Greca (Eros).
