The views were amazing! Our pilot Liu was very informative He gave us insights on the towns and mountains when while we were passing them. We had 15 minutes on the mountain to walk around and take heaps of photos. The helicopter was shut down so it was serene and peaceful on the Top.The entire experience was excellent from the start till the end. Would definitely recommend Over the Top Helicopters.

Our party of five (including one with mobility issues) had an amazing flight this morning. We had updates over the preceding days regarding the weather and where we would be flying and always felt that OTT were thinking of us. The flight itself was on a beautiful day around the mountains surrounding Queenstown. Highlights were every single part of the experience. René catered for all of our requirements (mobility issues, first time flyers and some scared of heights)!

We booked this tour as I had never seen snow before and my birthday wish was to see snow. We made the booking online, and all communications with Over The Top in the lead up were excellent. We had a slight time change as fog stopped flights in the morning but they kept in contact with us and easily rescheduled. Transport was on time to collect us from our hotel (included) and staff were super friendly when we arrived. We waited for another person as we were booked in a group tour but they never showed up so we were fortunate enough for it to just be us. Our pilot Dave was fantastic, such a lovely guy, happy to have a chat and share his knowledge on the local area. As soon as I mentioned I had never seen snow before he said he would take us to the highest point up at Double Cone. Snow was pretty light on when we went, Queenstown lakes hadn't received a lot of snow yet but after a short flight Dave found a spot with great snow for us. We landed on the snow and it was everything I had hoped for! Dave let us spend plenty of time up there (possibly more than our allocated time - lucky us!) He took photos and let us explore our surroundings. I could tell he knew how special this was for us, he let us do our own thing, enjoy the snow and the spectacular views. A short flight back to the airport and out tour was sadly over. I would absolutely do it again and would go straight back to Over The Top without hesitation. It was an experience of a life time! An experience of a lifetime. Our Pilot Steve made everyone feel comfortable and excited. The views were stunning and the information during the flight so great. Landing on the snow and getting out was the icing on the cake. A perfect day.

I don't have a fear of heights, but I was a little nervous before we took off. However the Over the Top team, Victoria and Rene (Pilot) were really lovely to deal with and made our experience to the top of the Remarkables just epic! We had the perfect time with perfect weather, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Simply the best. Thank you Over the Top!
