Private Hire Car Booking
My driver Yande contacted me via WhatsApp the day before to confirm my booking. I had a very early flight from Bali and he arrived 15 mins earlier which was great as I was early too. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly driver a shame he didn't know where to go and should of had fuel in the tank especially if he's a taxi driy
Driver very friendly but got us lost had no idea where the airport was we had to use our Google maps and than tell him where to go and amongst that we run out of fuel not once but twice.thank god he picked us up 1 hour early or who knows we could of missed our flight home ?

Poor - Driver refused to use toll roads despite "all tolls included"
Booked this transfer with the listing clearly stating all tolls were included in the price. When we got in the car, the driver told us he couldn't use the toll roads because his toll pass hadn't been topped up - so we ended up on much slower back roads instead of the highway. This isn't the first time this has happened with a Viator transfer, so it seems to be a recurring issue rather than a one-off. My tip for other travellers: if you hit this situation, it's easier to just hand the driver cash for the toll (around IDR 14,000) than to argue about it or sit through a longer, slower trip. Doesn't fix the underlying problem, but it gets you there faster. Would be good to see Viator/the operator make sure drivers' toll passes are actually topped up before pickup, given it's advertised as included.

Took nearly 2hrs with the traffic from ubud to the airport leaving at 9am! Good service and easy whatsapp communication before.
