Very knowledgeable guide! We saw so many animals from giraffes to Zebras, hippos, elephants, baboons and flamingos! This was my 5th safari and I learned even more than the others. The clouds parted long enough for us to see Mount Kilimanjaro! Lunch was at Kibo Safari Camp which I highly recommend. Beautiful restaurant and the food is excellent. Take this trip. You won't be disappointed.

12 hours before the experience was due to commence (which was 5am the next day), the tour operator offered me a different day (which I could not do as I was leaving Kenya) or pay $60 extra to run the tour because no-one else had booked. I reluctantly did this or I would have lost the $90 park fee the tour operator told me to buy the previous day. I hoped that booking via Viator may mean blackmail like this would not happen. Nevertheless, I had a good time with Fidelis, who was an excellent guide. Shame I was screwed by the operator.

‎I booked the Amboseli National Park Sunrise Safari Day Trip from Nairobi as a special outing with my teenage daughter. ‎ ‎We wanted something different from shopping malls and the usual city activities, and this turned out to be a memorable experience for both of us. ‎ ‎We were initially unsure about leaving Nairobi so early, but once the safari began, we were both wide awake and excited. ‎ ‎The sunrise over the park was beautiful, and my daughter enjoyed taking photographs whenever we spotted wildlife. Elephants were definitely her favorite, while I enjoyed the wider scenery and peaceful surroundings. ‎ ‎The guide also made the trip more interesting by explaining animal behavior and pointing out things we would probably have overlooked on our own. ‎ ‎One of our favorite moments was seeing Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance as the morning light spread across the plains. It was a simple day trip, but it gave us an opportunity to spend quality time together and create a memory we will both treasure.

I joined the Amboseli National Park Sunrise Safari Day Trip from Nairobi mainly because I wanted to experience Amboseli during the early morning hours. ‎ ‎As someone who enjoys birdwatching, I was especially interested in seeing the park when wildlife activity was beginning for the day. ‎ ‎The morning atmosphere was fantastic. The cool air, soft sunrise light and open landscapes made the drive very enjoyable. We encountered several birds as well as larger wildlife, and our guide was helpful in pointing out things I might otherwise have missed. ‎ ‎I appreciated that the guide did not simply focus on the most famous animals. There were interesting details everywhere, from birds around wet areas to animals in the distance. ‎ ‎Of course, seeing elephants was still a major highlight. When Mount Kilimanjaro became visible behind the landscape, I knew I had made the right choice. ‎ ‎For anyone who enjoys nature photography or birdwatching, an early morning safari in Amboseli is an excellent experience.

‎I am normally not a morning person, but I decided to try the Amboseli National Park Sunrise Safari Day Trip from Nairobi with Day to Day Tours and Safaris. ‎ ‎The early start was definitely worth it. Watching the landscape gradually brighten as we entered the park created an atmosphere that was completely different from an ordinary daytime excursion. ‎ ‎The sunrise was one of the most memorable parts of the experience. The changing light over the plains made the scenery beautiful, and we were already out looking for wildlife while the day was beginning. We spotted several animals during the morning drive, and our guide was excellent at explaining what we were seeing. ‎ ‎I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the early hours. There were fewer distractions, and the open landscape seemed incredibly calm. ‎ ‎ ‎Seeing animals moving through Amboseli while Mount Kilimanjaro appeared in the background was an unforgettable sight. It was an early start, but I would happily do it again.

I had a great time on the 5-Hour Nairobi National Park Safari with Day 2 Day Tours and Safaris. Everything was well organized from the start, and the pickup was right on time, which made the day stress-free. Our guide was friendly, patient, and clearly knew the park very well. We got to see rhinos, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and lots of other wildlife. Seeing these animals with the Nairobi skyline in the background was such a unique experience. What I liked most was that the guide didn't rush us. He made sure everyone had a chance to enjoy the sightings and shared interesting information about the animals along the way. You could tell they genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip and felt it was worth it. If you're looking for a short safari while you're in Nairobi, I'd definitely recommend Day 2 Day Tours and Safaris. Thanks to the team for making it such a memorable day!

It was a very enriching and exciting experience. The guide was the best (Jack) and always allowed us to take the best photos. The information was clear. It's a pity that we didn't see lions and Kilimanjaro, but it doesn't depend on him.

We had a great day out to the Amboseli National Park and also visited a Masai village on the way back, near the park. I think it took about 5 hours to get there due to the everyday traffic; the road is full of trucks transporting goods to neighbouring countries. We travelled comfortably in 4WD minibus, with one short break on our way to the park. Managed to see Kilimanjaro in the early morning. Arrrived to the park and bought the tickets there. (This needs to be done online, filling in the purchase details on the website, but there is an option to pay locally by card or via the website. I would recommend buying the ticket on the way to the park, and saving time that way.) The park is great, full of animals everywhere you look. Elephants, hypos, zebras, giraffes, birds, antelopes. There is a lot to see. Many of the animals came so close to us that we could even take decent photos with our phones. (I would still recommend taking any sort of camera with proper optical zoom for much better results.) Our guide was very knowledgeable and knew the park very well, so we saw hundreds of animals. In the afternoon, we stopped in a beautiful lodge inside the park, where we had an option for lunch. The lodge is just like in the movies. Our group opted to have lunch outside the park (which I think was our mistake), should have eaten here. Much better scenery. After the break, we were heading back, but just after leaving the park, we stopped by a Masai village, which was a great experience. They were very welcoming and we also visited the school there. (Just a note, if you go on weekdays, the school will be full of kids, so take some pencils and maybe a paper or a notepad for the kids as they have nothing literally. English language books are also appreciated, so any donation). We had a chance to purchase some gifts there as well. (They are not cheap and we had to bargain as usual, but the money goes to the village from the sales, so consider it a donation.) So in the village, you have to pay the entrance fee, which is the only mandatory payment, but then you can donate specifically to the school, which is optional, so if purchasing gifts. After the village, we had a lunch break at the same place where we stopped in the morning and headed back to Nairobi. I recommend taking drinks and some food (or snacks) for the trip. We really enjoyed the day, and we would go back again if we could. The trip is well worth the money. Seen other companies advertising the same for a lot more than this.

The whole process including pick up/drop off at the accommodation (Airbnb) was extremely smooth. Our driver (Jack) was excellent and provided many animal encounters up close in the park. Kilimanjaro we could only see briefly due to weather conditions but at least. A strenuous but worthwhile excursion.
