We sincerely regret, however, that the transportation aspects of the trip left you feeling frustrated. We would like to provide some context regarding the points you raised: Schedule Flexibility: We were more than happy to accommodate your request to move your booking from January 4th to February 4th. We always aim to be flexible to ensure our guests can still enjoy their adventure despite changing plans. The Bus Journey: We understand that the seating on public tourist buses can be quite tight, especially in the rear. While these are standard vehicles for the route, we hear your concerns about the legroom and will take this into account when reviewing our transport partners. The Return Journey & Taxi: We would like to clarify that, for the return, all tour travelers were dropped off at the same designated central location. While it can certainly feel chaotic with local drivers approaching arrivals, the company covered the full cost of your taxi to ensure you reached your final destination safely. Our office coordinated this immediately upon your call to ensure you weren't left to navigate those "scams" or pay out of pocket. We aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish, and it’s clear that the transition from the bus to the taxi felt stressful for you. We will work on making this hand-off much smoother for future guests.
