Was amazing day our guide Ly was amazing the Ba Na hills was breathtaking the hand bridge was awesome absolutely great day

I was terrified initially as scared of heights but the cable car ride is only 20mins to the Golden Hand Bridge which is definitely worth seeing. Another 3 min ride to the very top, various rides, an excellent French patisserie called Eric Kayers (lots of French influence in Vietnam) with delicious cakes and coffees. We went early as didn’t want to be there in late afternoon with lots of crowds.

It was an excellent tour with many wonderful sites our guide Hung did an excellent job taking care of us the lunch buffet was totally awesome

Excellent tour guide Houng and well organised. Was advised upon arrival to upgrade to silver VIP to be able to by pass very long ques to cable car and first in Buffett and experience longer at other places. The hand carvings and golden bridge also worth while whilst walking across the golden bridge. French buildings and shops along with a theme park was awesome. I advise always go on a morning tour but be warned if there are storms and you in a cable car you will be stopped automatically on a 6km line to and from the BA NAH Hills mountain and could be trapped for a few hours. Lucky it did not happen to us but besides that it’s a must tour to do in Da Nang for couples and families!

This was a fun experience for the entire family. Everyone enjoyed the sceneries, the FOOD at the grand buffet and day at the Ba Na Hills. This is a MUST when you visit Da Nang. Our tour guide - Hannah, was very knowledgeable, accommodating, very fluent in English and knows the area very well. She made sure the entire group was on time, gave practical tips and had enough free time to explore the place. Overall, will recommend this tour to everyone who will visit Da Nang!!

Wow! The Golden Bridge is absolutely worth it!! The location is fantastic, the views are amazing and going up the mountain with the cable car is totally great! We had a friendly guide, Thanh. He told us a lot and smoothly guided us into the cable cars through the crowd. Nice that there are so many different connections. Honestly, you can also visit this place fine without a guide, then you miss the convenience of buying tickets, a little help here and there because of the crowds, but I think you can manage on your own too. Our guide wanted to gather at the top of the mountain at 4:00 PM (our pick-up/departure time was 9:30 AM), we were up there a little after 12:00 PM. They went to lunch then, you also have to take time for that and it's definitely worth it. We found there was too little time for it on the mountain, because you can do and see quite a lot there. Viator says in the description that the tour lasts 7 to 8 hours. So it was a bit shorter at our place. We have decided ourselves to unsubscribe from the guide and stay longer. Once downstairs, we took a taxi to our hotel.

It was my third time to visit this Ba Na hills sun world and this particular tour felt a bit rushed up, i guess the guide was more in a hurry to finish and reach back early than letting the group spend an reasonable time to explore around. Just for example 1 hour is not enough at golden bridge point which is along with gardens and pagoda side and so on

A fun day out. A short drive from Da Nang. The guide was fun, informative and kept track of us. I do think the amount of time in the French Village could be pared back some. There is only so much to see. Probably an hour less would have been ideal. That's nit-picking. A very fun day trip from Da Nang! One side note, if you are coming in Summer, this should be mandatory. The cool mountain air was bliss compared to the oven that is Da Nang.

Enchanting trip to Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge. The place reminds me of Disneyland in California, full of color, music, fantastic buildings, etc. our tour guide Ha na was sweet, helpful, an adorable person.

The announcement has all the necessary information. Be prepared for occasional fog/clouds that reduce visibility, but it's still spectacular. The lunch option is worthwhile (large buffet, but very crowded), but there are many other options. The organization was top-notch. We were in Hoi An, but opted for Da Nang to spend the rest of the day on the way back, having dinner at the Son Tra night market (in front of the Dragon Bridge) where we could have a completely safe local gastronomic experience (with seafood). What a day... I highly recommend this experience.
