This experience was absolutely beautiful. Kayaking through the Vaxholm archipelago and seeing the islands and scenery from the water was really special. I chose the full-day tour, which in hindsight wasn't the best choice for me, as kayaking for that long takes quite a bit of energy and strength. But despite being pretty tired by the end, I really enjoyed the experience. It was a fantastic way to explore the archipelago and definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Stockholm.

Really cool tour, with many insights from Carl about Sweden, the area, etc.!
Great picnic at a great spot. I would do it again anytime 🤩

Unforgettable canoe tour with perfect organization!
We booked the canoe tour in German – about four hours were planned. Since we made good progress, we extended the tour a bit and enjoyed the time even more intensely.
Catering and breaks:
Drinks, coffee, and a small lunch break (with bread, egg, spread, coffee, tea, cookies, and cake) were taken on an idyllic island and are included in the price.
Safety and preparation:
There was a short safety briefing beforehand. The canoes were perfectly adjusted for us, and everything you need for the tour was available on-site.
Pickup and starting point:
The organizer picks up the participants in Stockholm and brings them back there after the tour. Alternatively, you can board directly at the canoe center near Vaxholm if you are staying in the area.

Very fun time on the water with delicious fika
This was one of the best activities that we did during our trip to Stockholm. We were able to be picked up in the city which was super convenient since it was a short walk from our hotel to the meeting point. Once we got to the Kayak Center we were met by an incredibly friendly and excited guide, Raquel. She outfitted us properly then took us out onto the water during a beautiful day. She showed us some really interesting spots in the area, took us around many different islands and prepared a wonderful fika for us. We liked the cookies so much that we went out and bought some more at the local grocery. She was very engaging and made the whole trip fun for us. We had great memories as a family during this kayak trip.

Wonderful kayak experience!
Raquel was a wonderful guide - super knowledgeable and engaging. She made the trip especially wonderful but I highly recommend this excursion overall. It was my favorite part of our trip!

Go!!!
Absolutely LOVED this experience! Raquel was able to pick me up right in central Stockholm and prepared us well for the Kayaking adventure. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and organized. The kayaking was relaxing and the fika was so yummy! She even took our group to the main stop in Vaxholm so we had the chance to walk around the shops and leave from the ferry. Awesome time!

Kayak Trip
Karl was the best hide we’ve ever had. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. The trip was pretty easy physically, relaxing, fun and in a beautiful location.

We had a really great and wonderful tour with Viktoria. The tour is very scenic and varied. The picnic in between was perfect. We would recommend Viktoria to anyone who wants to take a German-language tour; she is very personable and makes the tour unforgettable. We will be back ☺️
