We did a tour today visiting Tanah Lot Temple, the Jatiluwih rice fields, and Taman ayun temple. Our guide, Dewa, was excellent—he explained everything with great dedication and answered all of our questions (and we had quite a lot! XD). We’ve done car tours before, but usually with drivers who simply take you to the places and wait while you explore, so we had many questions built up over time. Dewa is very knowledgeable about Balinese culture and genuinely enjoys talking about a wide range of topics. We discussed religion, daily life in Bali, travel, work, family—absolutely everything. He is cheerful, empathetic, and very professional. He made sure we were comfortable at all times. 100% recommended for a meaningful cultural learning experience and for meeting a truly wonderful human being.
